Janice Down's Couscous and Bulgur Wheat Chicken with Salad and Dipping Sauces
- Soy sauce
- Mango Chutney
- Bulgar Wheat
- Chop the chicken and season and season with spices.
- Dip your seasoned chicken into bulgar wheat and couscous and fry until crisp
- Chop the vegetables into thin slices and mix up well for a salad mix
- To serve: Place your chicken next to your salad mix and top with coriander. Place sauce on the side.
