Molly Kinane's Chicken & Leek Spaghetti with Baby Tomatoes and Basil


  • Chicken
  • Leek
  • Spaghetti
  • Baby Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Coriander 
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Cooking Cream


  1. Chop the garlic, tomatoes and leek
  2. Fry the leek in a heated pan and add baby tomatoes and garlic.
  3. Once the veg starts to brown and is fragrant, take off the pan and rest.
  4. Cut your chicken in small pieces and fry in a pan
  5. In a pot, boil water for pasta and cook until el dente
  6. Once all your veg is cooked add into the same pan as the chicken, some pasta water and cooking cream into the mixture
  7. Once all ingredients are mixed together, place in a bowl and top with basil and serve.
