Volunteer Warehouse operative
This is a volunteer position where you will have the opportunity to be a central part of the warehouse team. You will be assigned warehouse duties as per business needs, to ensure no good food goes to waste. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a warehouse environment while helping to support charities nationwide.
As a volunteer driver, you will be responsible for the delivery of surplus food to our charities in areas surrounding our Cork, Dublin and Galway hubs. You will drive a FoodCloud van to our partners and deliver their order as instructed by our hubs managers. Please note a category C drivers license is required.
Call centre support
This is an unpaid volunteer role that involves contacting our charities to complete a feedback survey. Each survey takes approx 10 minutes to complete. You will also be required to report and escalate charity queries, requests or complaints to the relevant teams. FoodCloud will provide guidance on how you can do this. This is a really exciting and rewarding opportunity to hear about the fantastic charity work being carried out nationwide. You will be part of a team completing essential research FoodCloud.
