We are St. John's House, formally of St. James Camino and now Phoenix Recovery.

We are a halfway house and a vital link on the road for recovering addicts. When addicts have done a detox program, and are totally clean, they are tested and assessed and, providing we have the room, they are offered a place on our program.

All our clients are referred by the major players in the recovery process - Coolmine, Merchants Quay and High Park. Our program is for six months, in which each participant is required to engage with the following
● Full time day program
● Aftercare, twice weekly
● Fellowship meetings, at least four times a week
● Counselling

The house is totally drug and drink free, and clients are tested on a regular basis. You
would be lucky to get an aspirin for a headache!

I cannot thank FoodCloud enough for all the help and support and all the food they have given us over the years.The meals are cooked and eaten in house for our 11 full time residents and 8 staff members. The food has been vital, and has saved many lives. If we have too much we feed The Lighthouse, Star Ballyfermot and Glenmore Hostel. Nothing goes in the bin.
