Ingredients

Flour

Honey

Tomato puree

Cumin

Hummus

Tomato

Red pepper

Green chili

Mince

Green chile

Unsweetened oat drink

Egg

Method

Cut up red pepper, tomatoes, and chilli. Place cut-up veggies and hummus to the side.

Lightly oil a large frying pan. Add mince, chili, cumin and tomato paste and fry until cooked.

To make a dough, add oat drink, 7oz of self-raising flour into a large bowl with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper. Use your hands to mix and bring together into a dough. Knead lightly on a floured surface and use a floured rolling pin to roll into an oval shape

Heat a second frying pan and place dough on top. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil and fry until bottom side is brown around the edges and begins to puff up. Flip and finish cooking on the other side. 

Fry an egg on an oiled pan for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside. 

Place flatbread on a plate and top it with hummus,  spiced ground beef, fried egg, chili, tomato and red pepper. Serve.
