Energy Bars

These bars are a healthy convenient snack, ideal for summer camp lunchboxes or to boost energy during hikes or walks. They will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days

Ingredients

1 mug of brazil nuts (200g)

1 mug of dates (200g)

1 mug of figs  (200g)

4tbsp cocoa powder

2tbsp peanut butter

2tbsp chia seed

2tbsp coconut oil

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend well.

Flatten the mixture into a lined baking tray.

Place into the fridge for an hour then cut into slices.
