50g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Egg
Hummus 1 pack
Halloumi 1 pack
Pack of falafel
Mixed herbs
Lettuce
Carrots x 2
For the chickpea fritters, crush up the falafel and mix with grated carrots egg, flour,mixed herbs and baking powder into a bowl
Divide the mixture into uniform patties
Fry the patties in a large pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown
Remove and add slices of halloumi, frying for about 1 minute on each side
Place chickpea fritters and halloumi on a plate, and top it with hummus. Serve.
