Oat Cookies

Why not use up ripe bananas instead of throwing them in the bin? These cookies are a simple, delicious treat, perfect for picnics!

Ingredients

100g oats

2 ripe bananas

3 heaped tbsp of peanut butter

2tbsp honey

Pinch of salt

2tsp mixed seeds

4tsp chocolate chips

Method

In a bowl mash the bananas, honey and peanut butter together then add the oats, chocolate chips, seeds, and mix. 

Add to a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
