Season the sausage meat with salt and pepper and shape into small meatballs
In a pan, brown the meatballs until they are cooked on the outside
Finely chop leeks and fry gently in a separate pan with some butter or oil, you can season it with some pepper, salt and lemon zest
Gently boil pasta and leave to the side
Place the meatballs in the pan with your leeks and allow to simmer for 10 mins until the meatballs are cooked through
Add 250 ml of cream and season gently with salt, pepper and add a spoonful of mustard
Fold the meatballs onto the pasta and serve
