3 eggs
170g dark chocolate
1 medium sweet potato- steamed and mashed
3tbsp white gluten free flour
2tbsp almond butter
2 handfuls of nuts
In a bowl mash the sweet potato, eggs and almond butter together then add flour and dark chocolate.
Add the mixture to a lined baking tray, sprinkle nuts on top and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
