500g plain natural or Greek yoghurt
1 egg
Splash of milk
400g porridge oats
1 tablespoon bread soda
Handful of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, or mixture (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In one bowl, mix together the yoghurt, egg, and milk.
In a different bowl, mix together the porridge oats, bread soda, and seeds.
Combine the contents of the two bowls together into one and stir until mixed well.
Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake in the oven for 40 mins.
